Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting an Order Form, or using LEADOXE, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. You must have legal capacity and authority to bind that business. A signed Order Form or written enterprise agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these public Terms.

Customers appoint workspace administrators and remain responsible for authorised users, roles, credentials, connected accounts, configuration, and activity under their workspace. Account information must be accurate. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly and access must not be shared outside the authorised organisation.

Trial scope, subscription term, fees, billing cycle, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and any refund right are governed by the applicable checkout, quotation, or signed Order Form. This page does not create a free-trial duration, refund promise, automatic renewal rule, or tax representation where none has been separately agreed.

Use LEADOXE only for lawful business purposes. You must not process data without authority, send unlawful or prohibited communications, upload malicious code, interfere with service, evade permissions or usage limits, scrape or reverse engineer except where law permits, probe security without written permission, resell unauthorised access, impersonate others, or use a provider contrary to its terms.

Customers retain their rights in business data submitted to LEADOXE and grant VEYSAPP LLC the limited rights required to host, process, secure, transmit, support, and delete that data under customer instructions. Customers determine the lawful purpose, legal basis, notices, consents, and communication practices for lead and contact data placed in their workspace.

Integrations operate only after an authorised business user grants relevant provider access. Functionality may depend on provider APIs, permissions, review, policies, limits, and availability. Providers may change or withdraw functionality. LEADOXE does not claim endorsement, affiliation, certification, or partnership with Meta or WhatsApp.

Any API, webhook, credential, or integration access must be used only for the authorised workspace and documented purpose. Customers must protect keys and tokens, apply reasonable rate and security controls, and must not expose credentials through public code, ordinary support forms, or unauthorised systems.

We may maintain, improve, secure, or change the service and may perform emergency work when needed. Backup and recovery practices are operational safeguards, not a substitute for a customer's own export or continuity plan. No public uptime, recovery-time, recovery-point, or backup-frequency commitment applies unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users or the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law or provider requirements, address material breach or non-payment under agreed commercial terms, or when the customer relationship ends. Available export and deletion are subject to product capability, verified authority, legal obligations, security records, and restricted backup cycles.

VEYSAPP LLC and its licensors retain all rights in LEADOXE software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related technology. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during an authorised relationship. Feedback may be used to improve LEADOXE without creating an ownership obligation to the person providing it.

Each party should protect non-public business and technical information using reasonable care and use it only for the authorised relationship, except where disclosure is required by law. No online system is absolutely secure. Customers remain responsible for user access, endpoint security, credentials, lawful data handling, and timely reporting of suspected misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, LEADOXE is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business outcome, and third-party services remain under their providers' control. Liability exclusions or limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and any binding Order Form. Nothing excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise and subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates. We may update these Terms for legal, security, or service changes and will revise the effective date for material public updates.
